Refund Policy

This policy applies to one-to-one coaching supplied and sold by AgileEnglish.tech.

1. 14-day cancellation right

You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of payment. If no sessions have taken place, you receive a full refund. If you asked us to start sessions within those 14 days, we refund the amount paid minus the standard £60 rate for each session already delivered.

2. Unused sessions

After 14 days, you can ask for a refund of unused sessions at any time. We refund the unused sessions at the rate you paid. Delivered sessions are not refundable.

3. How to request a refund

Email john@agileenglish.tech with your purchase email address. Do not send card details. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment card, usually within 5–10 business days.

4. Rescheduling

To change an appointment, contact us. Rescheduling arrangements are agreed in writing and do not remove your statutory rights. Purchases are one-off payments with no subscription to cancel. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
